1. The service

We provide cloud software for managing hotels and restaurants. You get access for the plan and period you subscribe to.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the people you invite and the permissions you give them. Keep passwords safe and enable two-factor sign-in for privileged roles.

3. Free trial and payment

The free trial lets you use your plan's features at no cost. After the trial or a paid period ends, a grace period applies; after it the account is paused until renewed. Paused accounts keep their data.

4. Your data

You own the data you enter. We process it only to provide the service and never sell it. You can export it at any time.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other companies' data or interfere with its operation.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in advance by email.
