Your data stays yours

Every company works in its own isolated space. Staff only ever see the companies they were invited to, and every database query is scoped to the current company.

The right access for every role

There are 20+ ready-made roles (owner, manager, receptionist, cashier, housekeeping, kitchen and more), and you can create your own. Sensitive actions such as refunds, discounts above a limit or voiding a bill need the right permission, and every one is recorded.

Strong sign-in

• Passwords are hashed with a modern algorithm and checked against weak patterns
• Two-factor authentication by authenticator app or email
• Automatic lock after repeated failed attempts, and idle sessions are signed out

A full audit trail

Every change to reservations, folios, payments, rates and settings is written to an audit log with who, when and what changed. Financial records can be corrected, but never silently edited or deleted.

Guest privacy

ID document numbers are encrypted and masked, guest data can be exported or anonymised on request, and retention rules clear old personal data automatically.

Backups and availability

Databases are backed up daily and restores are tested. The system runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install or patch on your computers.
